By accessing or using the Epiphany Data Engineering Platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

2. Description of Service

Epiphany provides an AI-driven data engineering and workflow automation environment (“Services”) to assist users in data analysis, transformation, and orchestration activities. The Services may evolve and expand over time as we continue to improve our offerings.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse the Platform or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, code, and design, are owned by Epiphany and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent.

5. Use of AI-Generated Outputs

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to assist in code generation and workflow recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, all generated outputs are provided “as is.” You are responsible for verifying all generated results before using them in any production or business-critical environment.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Epiphany or its affiliates be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

Epiphany reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform itself.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Modifications to Terms

Epiphany reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Platform after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
