Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time via your Polar billing portal. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate any charges.
What happens if I exceed my execution limit?
We charge $0.05 per additional execution beyond your plan. You'll receive notifications at 80% and 100% usage. No surprises — all overage charges are visible in your dashboard before the billing date.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required via Polar. You get full access to all features during the trial period.
How does Polar handle payments?
We use Polar.sh as our merchant of record. They handle all payment processing, receipts, and VAT/tax compliance globally. You can manage your subscription and billing directly from the Polar customer portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
Polar accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) plus Stripe Link for one-click checkout. Annual Enterprise plans support invoice billing.
